I just got a complaint letter about the exhibition on 23-25 February at The Fortune Hotel. The customer pointed out
three problems.
1. The online registration system was not workable.

Dear Ms. Kong,
I am writing to inform you that we received a customer's complaint about the exhibition on 23-25 February at The Fortune Hotel. He mentioned three organizational problem about the event. I explain each of the problems below.
1. Online Registration System Problem
Our online registration system was not workable. The reason was that the server was overloaded. We suggest that we should update the server for stability of the server in the future.
2. Overcrowded Exhibition Venue
The exhibition venue was overcrowded. After our investigation, we found that the crowding problem was just occurred in peak time. Hence, we suggest to rearrange future appointment of exhibition to non-peak hour.
3. Insufficient Leaflets
The shortage of the print materials related to exhibition products was the last problem. The reason behind was that small amount of people took too many leaflets. To improve the problem, we can hire two to three part-time staff to distribute the leaflets in the exhibition venue.
In order to increase the level of customers' satisfaction and maintain high quality service, I look forward to your approval.

Thank you for your letter of 10 March 2011 regarding the Sound Systems 2011 Exhibition at the Fortune Hotel on 23-25 February. We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention.
I have checked the problems you mentioned in the letter, I explain the causes of each problem and provide appropriate solutions below.
Firstly, you mentioned that our online registration system was not workable. The error was caused by the server was overloaded.We will update the server for stability of the server in the future.
Secondly, concerning the exhibition venue was overcrowded. After our investigation, we found that the crowding problem was just occurred in peak time. Hence, we will rearrange future appointment of exhibition to non-peak hour.
Lastly, in connection with the shortage of the print materials related to exhibition products. The reason behind was that small amount of people took too many leaflets. As a result, we will hire two to three part-time staff to distribute the leaflets in the exhibition venue in the future.
We sincerely apologize for the problems. In future, we shall endeavor to prevent those problems happen again.
